We make sure your tickets reach you quickly and securely – no matter which delivery option you choose.

E-tickets (recommended)

Most of our events offer electronic tickets (e-tickets).

• You will receive your ticket immediately after the payment is confirmed.
• The ticket will be sent to your email address as a PDF file.
• Simply show the QR code on your phone at the entrance – no need to print it.

Physical tickets or gift cards

For selected events or products (e.g. collector’s tickets, vouchers, or merchandise):

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• Shipping is available via trusted courier services.
• Delivery time depends on your location (usually 2–5 business days).
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

International delivery

If you’re ordering from abroad, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm delivery options and costs.
